Purpose This document regulates access to and use of the website [domain name], as well as the conditions under which users can view and book accommodations through it. The website may act: As an intermediary, facilitating the reservation between the user and the accommodation. Or as a direct provider, when the accommodations belong to the website owner. 3. Acceptance of Terms Access to and use of the website implies full acceptance of these general conditions. If the user does not agree with them, they must refrain from using the website. 4. Conditions of Use The user agrees to make appropriate use of the website, not using it for illegal activities or in bad faith. The owner reserves the right to deny access or cancel accounts in the event of fraudulent use or non-compliance. 5. Reservation Process The user will select the accommodation, dates, number of people, and additional services. They must enter their personal and payment details. The reservation will be considered confirmed when the user receives a confirmation email and the accommodation receives payment. The reservation contract will be considered formalized at that time. 6. Prices and Payment Methods The prices shown include VAT and other applicable taxes. In some destinations, a local tourist tax may apply, which must be paid directly to the accommodation. Payment will be made using the methods enabled on the website (card, transfer, secure gateway, etc.). In the event of an obvious error in the price, the owner may cancel the reservation, informing the user and refunding any amount paid. 7. Cancellations, Modifications, and No-Shows Each accommodation has its own cancellation policy, which is visible during the booking process. If the user cancels within the free cancellation period (7 days), no penalties will be applied. Non-refundable reservations or reservations canceled after the deadline may result in the total or partial loss of the amount paid. In the event of a no-show, the conditions established in the reservation policy will apply. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. 8. Responsibilities The owner acts, where applicable, as an intermediary and is not responsible for the execution or provision of the service by the accommodation. The user is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided. The owner is not responsible for technical interruptions, viruses, or damages arising from the use of the website, except as required by current legislation. 9. Intellectual and Industrial Property All content, text, images, logos, design, and software on the website are the property of the owner or authorized third parties and are protected by Spanish and European intellectual and industrial property laws. Reproduction or use without express authorization is prohibited. 10.
